YuleLoggers Christmas decorating contest 2003

Criteria:  

Must have a Hallmark ornament,

Any member may submit one entry in each category.  If a member is assisting another member with the transfer of photo files, please clearly identify who is submitting the entry for which member. 

Only 1 “win” per member:  - example, member may enter in more than one category, but will be awarded only a single prize for the highest level category in which they won.  If the winner in a second category has already won a prize, (making them ineligible) the prize will be awarded to the entry with the next highest votes.

Prizes: 


1st prize      $15 gift certificate (winners choice:  Gold Crown, Barnes &                           Noble,  Target or Blockbuster)
2nd prize:    $10 gift certificate (winners choice:  Gold Crown, Barnes &                           Noble,  Target or Blockbuster)
3rd prize:     2004 membership in YuleLoggers 

Deadline:    Friday January 2nd!  Photos to be submitted via internet to Melody (the club webmaster, webmaster@yuleloggers.com)  via internet jpg or gif files – must be received by 1/2/04.  Members unable to submit photos electronically should let the board know promptly and we will try and enlist support in helping you transfer your photos.

Melody will post all photos on our web site simultaneously in their respective divisions for review no later than January 5th.  Melody will post a message and a link in the Collector's Club Room when the page is up. 

Voting to take place during our regular January meeting. 
 The polls will be set up in our usual manner at our Yahoo site.

As soon as the polls are concluded and the winners identified, the first and second place winners are to notify the board at board@yuleloggers.com what vendor certificate they prefer. 

Now, let the decorating and photo taking begin!  Please send in a photo even if you think you're not a great decorator!  We all want to see what everyone is doing and ooh and ahh over your special designs!
